Policies

Delivery - Standard delivery fees include delivery 1-3 days prior and 1-3 days after an event. Same day delivery and pickup is available at an additional cost. 
Tent Rental Deposits -  A 25% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve all tent rental contracts. Final payment and final numbers are due two weeks prior to the event date. Final payment is not refundable within two weeks of the event date.
Non-Tent Rental Deposits - A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve all non-tent rental contracts. Final payment and final numbers are due two weeks prior to the event date. Final payment is not refundable within two weeks of the event date.
